I hate these things.

I'm just a boy-next-door type, laid back and easy going. Shy at first but I warm up after some good conversation. I live at home with 3 dogs, a parrot and a gecko and looking to get a snake soon too. I'm an animal lover and plan to persue a career working with them eventually. Either that or something environmental and looking forward to taking some biology classes. I'm hoping I can save enough money to get my own apt in the city within a year and transfer work there as well. Or I may just move to California at least for a little while. Our counry is huge and there's a lot I want to see.

I love swimming and I've been a swimmer since middle school through high school and still enjoy swimming at the gym or just for fun at the beach. I also like volleyball and tennis. Love being outdoors and plan on taking camping trips to go canoeing, rafting, hiking, sightsee some national parks, be one with nature lol. I'm also looking to travel oversees hopfully within a few years so I can finally see Italy, Spain, France etc. So far I've been to Germany, which was an amazing expeirience, as well as Austria and Canada, eh?

I'm a huge movie lover as well and like going to the theater when I can. I love hitting the town on friday night but staying home to a good movie can be just as fun. I like comedies, dramas, action, indie films, anything really. Love a good chick flick or romantic comedies too but those movies give too much hope that love like that can be possible. I'm a hopeless romantic looking to make my own love story but in the meantime I love spending time with friends whether it's just chillin or going dancing.

I have a very eclectic music selection: pop, rock, oldies, industrial, euro/house, foreign, metal, alternative, classical/opera (love going to see the chicago symphony orchestra and the lyric opera) plus some others. Not fond of country or rap but there are some I do like. I'm not bound by genres, if it sounds good to me it doesn't matter the genre. Fav. genre tho is dance/techno/trance and I love dancing to it or listening to it in the car while singing along.

That should be 'plenty' for now, I'll save the rest for conversation =)
