I AM A HARD WORKING , GOAL ORIENTED PERSON. i AM KIND & COMPASSIONATE , PUT OTHERS FIRST. i USED TO ENJOY REAL ESTATE BUT NOW THAT MOST MORTGAGES ARE UPSIDEDOWN, IT'S NOT FUN ANY MORE.i AM AN RN IN ACUTE KIDNEY DIALYSIS AT A TAMPA HOSPITAL. I HAVE 6 ACRES IN THE COUNTRY AMONG NATURE AND WILDLIFE. I HAVE DOGS, CATS, AND A HORSE. I feel like I am half of an excellent relationship. I've fine turned what it takes to be that over the years.Not to give my 50%, but to give 100%, whether or not your partner reciprocates his 100%.It's putting your relationship first, even if you'd rather do something else. It's being to tolerate the differances and never thinking of divorce. It's thinking only of what to do to make it better, being very patient and not reacting to things that hit you wrong. There are a couple pre-requists for the other half of this excellent partnership. He must be able to articulate his view point but also listen to my view point, then frequently to combine and take the best of yourself and mine to make our point of view. To be able to submit one to another, He needs to be a team player. Have you ever run a three legged race? Two people running together with their inside legs in a large bag. You either run like a tripod or you fall down. A relationship idealy should be that coordinated! Like To play a lead guitar in a band. Some parts are solo parts, some parts are drum solos, others are for base guitar only, still others are for all three instruments playing harmoniously. No one is over powering the other, but a coordinated effort jointly. Neither playing the part of the "little red hen", or the part of the " one who does the eating of the bread without contributing to it." Naturlly these are qualities we need to have in common. I am hardworking, therefore , I could never tolerate a slacker. Two people working together in tandem could accomplish much. Sex is a relatively small part of the time spent together, but it's not to be underestimated. It's being giving and considerate on both sides, never withholding without a mutually agreed upon reason for a short while. To withhold intimacy puts the other person in a vulnerable position and leaves your relationship open to mirraders, If a person becomes unemployed, he should work at whatever he can find a job in while at the same time furthering his education in WHAT EVER WAY NECESSARY to become employable in a better paying job. He should read & take courses in how to do a good job interview. He should spend 40 hours + a week either working at a temporary job or reading about "how to Job hunt, or actually job hunting.

I'D LIKE TO GO TO A QUIET RESTAURANT TO HAVE A SODA OR DINNER, JUST TO TALK. HOPEFULLY WE WILL HAVE TALKED ON THE PHONE A LOT BEFORE THE DATE. I'M MORE INTERESTED IN WHATS ON THE INSIDE, NOT JUST ANOTHER HANDSOME FACE WITH NOTHING BETWEEN THE EARS OR IN THE HEART.
