I'm kind of old fashioned, I open doors, pull chairs, and hold hands. I have not played a video game since 1986, and do not text people. As a man, I think it's important to be considerate, honest and dependable. I was an Army ranger for many years, so although I grew up in L.A., Georgia was also my home and a big part of me. I miss the season change, the smell of the woods and the fireflies. I'm very active and will usually be found outdoors, because I love building things, yardwork, washing my vehicles, anything to be outside. I have mountain bikes and jetskis and love being at the the lake. When indoors I read a lot; fiction, non-fiction, history, poetry,...anything. I've traveled a little, about 7 countries, 30 states, speak Spanish and Chinese(Mandarin) fluently. I am not a one night stand type of person, I would like to meet someone to connect and share my time with. To be honest I realize that more can be accomplished by two, I don't want to be alone anymore.

Some kind of comfortable icebreaker, where we could meet without feeling any pressure. Coffee, dinner, or maybe some drinks, get to know each other and hopefully laugh a little. If things don't work out, I think we would still would have had a good time and a nice experience.
