I am a 42 year old, single, Mother of three wonderful children. My children are my greatest joy in this life and are definitely my reasons for breathing! There is nothing in this world that is more important to me than they are. Family is also very important to me. My definition of family may different from most. Family is so much more than just blood relations.

I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I work as a Case Manager in a residential/treatment facility for Foster Children who have behavioral problems. I love my job. Working with these children has been a pleasure and I have learned so much from them. Every single day my heart is broken at least once. I live for the moment that I see them smile or feel good about themselves.

I am one of the easiest people you will ever find to get along with. It does not take a lot to please me. I am not quick to anger and if I do become upset... I am over it quickly. Things that make me angry are abuse and neglect of our children, our elderly and animals. I feel that it is our obligation to do what we can for those who are less fortunate than ourselves or who can not or are not able to take care of themselves. Not only is this an oblligation... it is a privilege.
