Lived a very interesting life in the military for 8 years as an electronic communications 'crypto geek' at the Pentagon then onto Brindisi, Italy for another 4 years.
Prior mortgage corporate burnout and became semi-retired in 2002 at the early age of 40. I decided to live in peace for awhile after becoming an employee of the year for a Fortune 200 company, which lead me nowhere, except, well, retired and a bit crazed. Own a successful high end vintage tie website which does well consistently and also work part-time so I can just love and enjoy what interest me, at this particular time of my life.
I'm an open book, as you can tell, and make for a very good read. Smart, and know my way around the block well. Have a cozy little home and drive a cool VW Beetle.
Must let you know that music? Runs through these veins of mine. It what helps keep my soul charged, and it takes that 'edge' off of things. Music doesn't care who you are, where you live or what you do. It's purpose is to move your soul and make you smile. My Dad used to tell me I listened to a different drummer, all my life. When I moved to Austin, TX in 1986, first time I realized he kept beat for a blues band!

***Seeking property in Northern/North Western Arkansas, or close to the White or Buffalo Rivers perhaps or maybe around the Branson Missouri area; on a creek, stream or possible waterfront, or near. Love the area, the hills and the hollows, the lakes and the lower taxes! LoL!*** And, giving up property just a tad bit North of Melbourne, FL and 8 miles from the Atlantic and not far from Cocoa Beach in a 55+ community. Foolish me.
I so truly love Austin, the live music capitol of the world, the tons of musicians I know personally while living here(and also serving on the board of the Austin Blues Society), close personal friends, my home and my sanity. Would leave it all behind JUST to be lured......to a cooler climate and live my pipe 'Creek' dream with the one that loves ME. Or we could do the beach thangggggggg on and off as well.
I'm not SET in stone........yet. All I know is I'm NOT going to spend my life alone, so if you are out there please; you may need to slap me in the back of the head to get my attention.
