I am a country boy, but cultured as well. I am a southern gentleman and know how to treat a lady. I love the outdoors, I like eating out,movies,traveling,hiking,and of course Alabama football. I am looking for someone to spend time with,and enjoy what life has to offer.I enjoy listening to all kinds of music, I am not looking for a woman who is "self-centered," but someone who considers others concerns at the same time she thinks about her own situation which I believe demonstrates true compassion. I prefer someone who looks for the best in people and is more positive than negative. I like a woman with a little "pepper" in her personality, but not the whole darn shaker...lol.

It really depends on the girl and what she's into. The most important thing for me is that we'd have a chance to talk a lot. I want to get to know someone and have a chance to laugh with her. I think the ability to laugh and have a good time are keys to a great date as well as essential for a healthy relationship,,depending on the person a first date could be an afternoon enjoying a cup of coffee and conversation. Maybe a nice lunch somewhere. Maybe it is a day hiking or just taking a walk in the park, maybe with a picnic lunch I am a huge fan of dinner first dates. I love to talk, conversation that is, and there is no better place to do it than at a nice restaurant sitting and socializing. I have a tendency to get absorbed into other things so movies, sporting events, etc are not what I do on the first few dates. Can't get to know people when you're watching a movie or getting annoyed by a botched double play.
