single dad tired of the former :) used to love to dance but it's been years. like to go camping with my bike and trailer in the summer and snuggle with a sweetie in front of the fireplace in the winter. that's a start. i'll work on this a bit latter. i'm good with simple dating for the fun of it and the person i'm with but do hope for more if it's in the cards. do have a hope for a LTR or more but there's a lot to enjoy till that comes along so smiles are a good thing in between :) BTW this site got my b-date wrong. it's 8/4/1954. i'm 55. they won't let me correct it at this point. sorry guys, simple mistake or just an error. not sure but here's the real dope :)

the more:) warm, open, honest, outgoing, intelligent. been single for 13 years now and it was old a long time ago. i enjoy the company and good conversation of a good woman. not into the bar scene or hangin with the boys. had year of that and they just don't smell like a lady ;) LOL i'm in a pretty good place in life outside the partner thing, house is bought & paid for as well as everything else so not in a dept situation. my daughter is 16, driving and working already and spends the week nites at her mom's due to school proximity and convenience so lots of empty home time :( she' an awesome kid BTW :) hoping to find a lady who likes riding on a nice road bike during the summers, doing some camping and festivals. i'm a lean fit guy altho the 6 pack abs aren't what they used to be LOL i'd love to find a lady who's taken similar care of herself. not superficial but but it matters as far as health goes. not into the Hollywood scarecrow look. i'm a midwestern guy so i think women are supposed to have curves :)i'd rather see 10# over than 5# under so you normal ladies out there feel free to come a knockin :) not looking for 1 nite stands. i have more in ind if the right lady comes along. you wont waste your time with me. i'm funny and able to carry a good conversation if nothing else :) i'm always up for some fun weather it's ment to be for the long haul or just to break up the routine of everyday life. you never know what's going to happen till it does. i'd rather take the shot than not. you don't stand a chance if you don't try, right?? :) i'm very trying LOL

i like to start off with first meeting for coffee, drinks or ice cream and see if we like each other b4 we make plans for something more. there's just a lot less stress if the time frame for a first meet is short and open with nothing on the agenda than just getting to see if we like each other. we're adults so we adjust things from there :)
