My passions include West Coast Swing dancing and dancing in general, Camping trips to Utah and hiking, road trips in Colorado, Movies of all genre's, reading intrigue/spy novels. I enjoy just being out in Nature, discussing politics over coffee (I'm rather liberal), watching theater and concerts. I have a wide circle of friends and enjoy hosting an occasional bbq in the back yard of my home. My children are grown and live in Calif which gives me the excuse to travel to see them. I would like to find a woman who is attractive, funny, well-read and interesting to talk with about life, interests and eventually an ltr. Honesty, mental health and humor are all very important as well as an interest in affection, love and respect.

For a first date I would like to meet for dinner at an off-beat little restaurant that serves italian, mexican or Thai food together with a glass of wine some chocolate desert and then go to a symphony, theater performance or a live concert by a popular musician. Then to finish the evening with a de-caff at a local (non-chain) coffee shop where we can share some laughs, personal experiences and ideas for what really makes for a fun second date.
