Hello, fabulous people of SRQ! I'm fairly new to the area, been here about 18 months after living my entire life up until last April in Texas. If I had to list one main thing about me, it's that I'm an eternal optimist. Oh, and I'm honest. Honestly! :-D I moved here to be close to the ocean, and I am looking to meet some fabulous new friends to enjoy my new home state with. Don't get me wrong, if Mr. Right comes along, I'm emotionally stable, know what I want, and am totally ready for the real deal. But I'm not into settling, and am willing to wait for the right person. With all that life has to offer, why be in a hurry? I do believe in being up front and honest about my goals in a relationship, because I do know what I want out of life, and I ask that you be the same. I'm a little old fashioned, so if you email me to say "hi", and immediately ask to meet me or ask me for my personal contact information without bothering to tell me anything about yourself, I will probably not be impressed. I'm not looking to hook up, suck up, or marry up. I AM looking for that special man who might want to see if he wants to be with a woman like me. I'm upbeat and positive, an animal lover (if you are allergic or hate feathered or furry beasties, I'm probably not the girl for you), clean, kind and truthful, and easy to please. I'm a music junkie (I've been on a pretty serious Linkin Park kick for the last few months, but I love pretty much everything from classical to hip hop), and a certified SCUBA diver. Here I am in this amazing place, close to an amazing beach, with so much to discover and so many things to experience, living a good, honest life that's filled with richness and happiness, and I'm missing someone to share it with! I'm a pretty easy going girl...some live music by the water, a fun daytime activity...whatever :-) It's not so much what you do, but who you do it with, right?? If we are a good match, our first date will be fun and memorable, no matter what we do!
