I'm a good man looking for a good woman. I am self employed and very independent. I love traveling, mostly over seas, and I love playing sports like softball, football, kickball, tennis, etc. I am the social coordinator for my group of friends and like organizing parties and weekend events. I love real estate and just bought my 4th house as an investment. I'm looking for a woman that is top notch, has her stuff together, is confident but not arrogant or pushy, let's a guy be the guy (ie lets me hold the door open, walk on the street side of the sidewalk, be in charge most times, or at least let me think that I am), is better looking than I am and otherwise makes me believe I am so out of my league that I am just lucky to have you.

Honestly...1st date is likely to be just drinks so we can figure out if we even like each other. 2nd date, now we are talking. Could involve kayaking around Annapolis, or going to a vineyard for wine tasting and a concert...could be a challenge to a sport if you are athletically inclined.
