I am a 29 year old claims adjuster for an insurance company here in the fox valley. I have a great job, great family and great friends. I have a lot of interests. I enjoy being outdoors and active but believe me I like my couch days too...especially on a rainy day. If I have not tried something, I usually will and most likely will enjoy that too. I am a pretty laid back person and I try to get too worked up about little things. I don't take things in life for granted. I work hard for everything I have and have done and I am looking for someone with that same value. I am someone that is always learning both in continued education and from my experiences (I don't call them mistakes). I think having an open and always expanding mind is important.

I am not looking for someone that is perfect, but someone that is perfect for me. I am looking for a man to be my best friend and my lover. Someone I share interests with and has the same goals and values. I am looking for someone that I can be comfortable around no matter what we are doing and who we are with.


I will give a man the world and not ask for anything in return. I have high expectations and I deserve someone who treats me and the people in my life I care about with the respect, honesty, loyalty and dedication that I will give him.

I am looking for "dating" but let me clarify. I am not into dating around. If I meet a man that I know I would like to spend more time with I don't think it is right to date anyone else. I won't be planning our wedding either... I enjoy the "traditional dating" and don't like being rushed or pushed....

Now, for the bad news. Along with my regular life, I am a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard. I have been in the guard for a little over 9 years. I am currently deployed and searving in Baghdad, so I know it seems a little silly that I am still on POF. I know most men on here are hoping to not have to be on here anymore and ultimately, so am I :) So, right now all I can offer is chatting via online or snail mail and see what happens when I return in February. If you should happen to meet the woman of your dreams while we are chatting....great for you and at least I was blessed with a friend and believe me, the mail helps during our tours in the sand box!!

Anything where we can just "hang out" and it there isn't too much pressure... riding, boarding (if you have patience), martinis, dinner or wine.....BUT considering I am currently deployed, maybe a webcam!!
