I have always thought couples that are good friends seem to be the happiest. I would like to find someone that I can have as a friend and see where it leads. It would be such a great thing to have someone in my life that really cares about me and doesn't mind listening to what's happened during my day. I consider myself a good listener, give a great back or foot rub. It is important to me to know what makes my partner happy and to try to bring those things to our relationship.

I can listen to most music (Rap doesn't do it for me)- Enjoy pets, gardening, golf(I don't play well, but love being out on the course taking in the beauty, having a beer or 2 and just getting out for the day), museums, theater, concerts, flea markets, yard sales, the beach, mountains, sporting events, wine tasting-there isn't much I won't try at least once.

My children are grown and on their own. Being alone is not how I thought I would spend this part of my life.
