When people meet me, the first thing they notice about me is my
maturity. Externally, I am pretty serious when meeting new
people but once you start talking to me ... you will know that
seriousness is just part of my personality not the complete
package.

Dinner sounds about right. The resturant will be classy and dinner will be followed by a drink or two in a bar.
