Hallo! Ich bin zurück in den USA und ich wünschte dass ich war immernoch in Deutschland. I am back in the USA! =) and =( I very much miss the German lifestyle.
I am here because I am rather tired of going on dates and after 3 or 4 of them realizing that there are basic charecteristics about someone that I missed in the getting to know process and that I do not want to date them and I can't see it going anywhere. I won't date anyone unless I can see myself being with them for a long time.

So, I am most interested in people who have a brain. I am educated and I will ultimately end up with a degree in International Business with an emphasis on German Studies. While education is not everything, it is an awesome foundation for communicative debates, and good decision making. I like people with developed personalities and (not to be cliché, but) people who can hold a conversation. I want to learn about . . . well, anything, whatever your passions are. I don’t care what your interests are, as long as you have them. I am looking for people who have something to offer, and conversely, for whom I have something to offer. While I drive a comfy car and live well, I am not necessarily materialistic. I have a hard time justifying purchasing outlandish items (aside from Handbags, Jewelry, and luxury cars) =P I am generally accepting but I am politically conservative on a small amount of social issues. I have a very strong passion for certain political issues but I believe that knowledge is power, so I am open to learn more.

Oh and if you aren’t patient, don’t even bother.

What I’m doing with my life
I am still in the process of gaining more education. I have a general business degree, and two small degrees in Social and Behavioral Sciences and German Studies. My first degree was in Business because Business is so versatile I could ensure that I would always have a job so that I could support my lifestyle.
I love comedy shows, driving(racing),swimming, biking, walking, playing the harp, traveling, driving around listening to music, getting lost with friends, meeting new people, talking politics, and religion, sporting events, watching movies, and creating adventures with friends. For a job, I work with the visually impaired once or twice a week for only a few hours currently. I also tutor in German and English. Recently I have landed great internships with U.S. Congress and I am looking for other internships for German language to enhance my experience from working at the Consulate in Germany. I have often had multiple people say that I look "really smart" People have said that I look confident, always smell nice, am very bubbly and have a beautiful smile. Music - Classical, Country, Pop, Modern Jazz, Alternative, Some R&B (all that lovey stuffs :P), also recently, this Zen stuff -- check it out! :) (a wide variety) I like music that makes one feel, whet ther that be good or bad feelings I don't mind. Chai Tea, Myself (Sorry to sound****, but nobody else puts up with me like I put up with myself :P), My Brain(please just shoot me if I ever damage it), Classical and Country music, My car(s), and good-hearted genuine generous people who have different opinions than myself. Motivating myself to be where I want to be in life, Determining how I can change myself to be more of who I want to be, Thinking about friends and family, thinking about how the brain works, I don't know.. I'm always thinkin ;)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I am deathly scared to get to know anyone else at this point, specifically in the form of a romantic relationship. I am a much better friend, than girlfriend and frankly, I am quite sick of being disappointed. Conversely, while I come off as though I like to be in control, and like I know exactly what I want, if a man goes out of his way to tell me he likes me, with the option of rejection and uncomfortableness, I am impressed!

I like a guy who can have fun in the city, work beside me in the academia, can solve most math problems, can go wine-tasting, and fix anything. It is mandatory that a man has good values, works hard, is motivated, ambitious and driven. Must-have qualities include intelligence, kindness, and confidence. I can be challenging, hence high maintenance theme. . . . not in a mean way, just in a worthy/equal counterpart way.

I gravitate toward solidly-built men and general masculinity.
I am a combo between contemplative worldly chick and girly-girl. I like being the woman in a relationship, but that does not mean that I am afraid to go head to head over important negotiations.
