A simple word may describe my attitude: impassive.

For a few seconds I had my doubts as to the type of relationship I am looking for. I knew it was not looking for someone primarily to 'hang out'. Human nature told me that I wanted more people to 'talk or email' in order to give my life a sense of purpose, so I discarded that one. Fuzzy feelings and good memories from the past compelled me to select 'long term' and I rejected that aswell. My irrefutable human nature wants care, attention, and physical contact, so I had to discard 'dating' and 'intimate encounter' aswell. Friends are the ones that tend to do the backstabbing, and 'activity partner' seemed to me as if I wanted external motivation to stay fit... and since I don't, it was too discarded.

I live my life as an individual. I make friendships, acquaintances, and sometimes they end. I refuse to put my complete emotional well being in the hands of another person. I do not need someone to 'complete me', and yet I look for for another individual that, like me, understands that we are here just for a little while. Someone who is not completely blinded by all the shine and illusion that today is considered as 'life'.

Wanting to be cared for, and wanting to care for someone else. Wanting to freely be with someone else for a lifetime without needing a piece of paper that legally binds people together... when in reality it doesn't. After all, regardless on the amount of signatures, witnesses, ceremonies, promises and jewerly, we can never own another human being. We are individuals.

*** Finally, if your profile has pictures of you purposely displaying ass and boobs to bring more customers, don't even bother. Seriously.***

I keep my belongings to a minimum. Not into piling up stuff, so I travel light. In person, I've been told I look older and more serious than in pictures :/ Mental exhaustion takes its toll I guess.

For a first date I would require that we both take our smiling mask off. Also, wearing regular clothes would be best. It doesn't have to be magical, we don't have to wear our favorite outfits. I want to talk about anything and everything. I want it raw. If you are the person I am supposeed to be with, I want to first meet the girl I will most likely see after the glamour of a first impression wears off.

If you wish to chase, go for it. If I want to chase, then I will. There is no need to follow the scripted and unwritten rules of attraction written by no one and dictated and expected by society.

Any place where talking can take place is good. I wish to know who is up there controlling that body of yours. A sharp brain is a thing of beauty.
