I do not know if this is something that will work, but I have tried a lot of different ways to meet nice guys, which also have not been successful. I am tired of meeting guys completely hung up in themselves.

I am a very easy going person. As you can see from my interests, I enjoy a wide range of activities. I can be very social or very intimate. I enjoy Country and everything it entails. This does not mean I want to date the biggest redneck in the county though. I would love to travel, but have never met someone that shares the same interest.

I teach fifth grade and enjoy my job. I do dedicate a lot of time to it and miss being able to come home to share my stories with someone special. I am fairly picky about the guys I choose to date. I will not lead a guy on if I don't think there is potential. I want someone that shares the same interest as me, who is faily intelligent, good looking, funny, easy going, etc ... because I think I acquire those qualities. I don't want to get tied up with someone that is jealous or overprotective. I have been single a lot in my life, and do enjoy it, but still thinking there might be more to life that I haven't gotten to experience. Maybe this will be the perfect way to meet Mr. Right ... There is only one way to find out. I really do hope to meet some great people and make new friendships if nothing more.

For the first date, I appreciate when a guy uses his creativity. We can do anything from dinner and a movie to putt putt golf. Of course, I don't think that a gory movie would be a good choice. I want to spend the evening talking and learning about each other. I am just as good at asking questions as I am about giving answers. I will talk about anything and everything. I am not a shy person. We can get a lot of talking done on an long walk or sitting under the stars. I am a hopeless romantic. Also, I am willing to try nearly anything once that won't hurt me. I enjoy spontaneity ... and like to be surprised by the little things in life. I am not materialistic. I don't expect extravagant trips and fine jewelry, rather a single red rose or a poem would be appreciated more. I believe that the first date is crucial to a relationship; however, I am easy going and easy to please. After the first date, I will have no problem taking my turn at planning and carrying out dates!
