Just doing a quick update to tell all the friends and even the ones I may meet that I wish them a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and even though many of us haven't found that special person to share the holidays with don't forget the friends you have and the new friends you've made. Also, don't forget the soldiers that are away from their families. Count your blessings even though they may be few. Nuff' said. Here's my boring profile lol. I'm laid back and easy going but don't assume that I'm not a person of action either. I love to crack jokes and act up but I also have a much deeper side, that besides listening to what I have to say,it's nice to have someone that is good at reading between the lines and try's to listen to my heart as well... lets just say we'd learn alot more about each other if we did that. "There's nothing more complicated than perception" I've learned. I'm not going to paint roses here and say that I'm a perfect guy , we all have imperfections and of course. I rarely drink, I don't do drugs, I have never been in trouble with the law,I'm 6'4, 200lbs, 42in chest,33in waist,I keep a "shadow" of whiskers on my face because I hate to shave but that can be negotiable possibly, I'm slender to average build,blonde-brown hair (what I have) I've never married nor had any children.I am a homebody. I don't go to bars, I work everyday. As far as religion, I consider myself to be non denominational because I don't believe in the segregation that people have from each other. There is one god and I don't think he wanted us to have different opinions on how to believe in him and fight about it. So whatever your belief is I won't knock it as long as you believe in god. I have my own home with 6 acres with different animals here I take of, whether they are mine or not. I have a Border Collie and 2 cats that stay in the house with me. I smoke cigarettes daily and I have the A-typical shortcomings of procrastination of one that really does want to quit. Hell of a contradiction wouldn't you say lol. Short from working and taking care of the horses and the rest of the kiddies at feeding time, I love movies and I've got a pretty good collection of them, I enjoy riding my Harley to blow off some steam from time to time and I guess that would go hand and hand with the fact that I enjoy just sightseeing the most. You really can enjoy and absorb the wonders of things that you wouldn't otherwise see. As they say, stop and smell the roses is a good way to put it. I mean ask me what my favorite color is and heck I wear black all the time and thats what you would think must be my favorite color and I might actually say that from time to time or say a different color but that'd be wrong.On my deeper side how do you tell someone that your favorite color is a cloudy sunset? blue/orange/yellow/white all mixed together as one of my favorites. So, I guess I'll just say blue today lol. Ask me my favorite smell, some might say, a flower, a new car and for those of you that say baby diapers, stay away from me thats just strange. I was asked this before and when I really thought about it. My favorite smell has to be when I was a kid playing outside and smelling the fried chicken my mom was making for that nights dinner. Like I said, I tend to think pretty deeply and it can be rewarding, even if sometimes its not exactly inspirational as we'd all like'd it to be, so lets just say the reward is in the learning and growing from it. Goals and aspirations. I'm not going to limit myself if I can help it so thats pretty much open for debate. However on a personal note, There are 6 billion people on the planet... I only want one. I'm not going to say a great deal about myself because I don't want anyone to be "coached" into being something they aren't, just be yourself and whats the worse that can happen,could be the best thing to happen, we can be friends. As far as my taste in music, I pretty much like everything but I don't listen to a great deal of it. As long as its not Rap,Acid Rock or Country Music played in reverse or anything that sounds like grandma farting through a kazoo. I may have mentioned I have a sense of humor. I'll update this profile and elaborate on things as I think I need to. Want to know more, as they all say, just ask. I will respond back.

Wow, what to do for a first date. Ugh, I hate to sound clinche but going out to a movie is a standard thing and always has been. I wouldn't rule it out just the same. I would probably say sitting down and having dinner together at home is better because its more of a relaxing enviroment and makes for a more opportune time to talk about things learning about each other (45) At my age I don't do the blind date thing, I want to know more about you and then if the chemistry is right, we just simply start seeing/dating each other if obviously the feeling is mutual.
