I've always thought of myself as a logical, if slightly shy, person. I am a bit withdrawn in larger crowds, but I thrive in small groups. Kind of odd considering I am a manager at a restaurant, and I have to work with crowds of people every day, but life puts us in weird situations sometimes. In addition to working, I am taking IST classes at Penn State York, working on an AS. This paired with the BA I currently hold will be enough to get me out of working with the general public once and for all. I hope anyways.
I am on a big self improvement kick as of late. Besides school, I have overhauled my diet and exercise routine and have dropped about 75 pounds in the last 18 months.
During my free time, which seems to be less and less as of late, I confess to being a bit of a geek. Dungeons and Dragons along with other roleplaying, video games, and board/card/dice games are the usual fare when I am with my friends. I am also a fan of anime, and my favorite series are Ranma 1/2 and YuYu Hakusho.
I don't go to see movies on any regular basis, but I can be persuaded to watch a good comedy, action, or adventure movie. Television wise most of what I watch are documentaries and professional wrestling. My musical taste is mostly hard rock and heavy metal, but some older hip hop works its way in too.
First and foremost from this site, I am looking to make new friends. Any other kind of relationship can come later, but it has to be built on a solid friendship or it is doomed to failure. So if you want to talk, lets take things slowly at first and see where it leads us. If something is meant to be, it will be.

Every first date I've ever been on has included dinner, so that is the logical first step. After getting to know each other over a meal, maybe a movie or some other activity; bowling, mini golf, a pleasant walk or drive, or anything to that effect. Or if you have a better idea, I am always open to try something new.
