What the heck... why not? I figure the worst that could happen is I meet some nice people who are interesting.

I'm mostly looking for new friends. I want to take it easy, no promises. I'm open to dates, and potentially something serious, if the right person comes along. Just FYI, I'm quite content with my life, and spend lots of time with friends socially, so dating is just not a high priority. What is a high priority is spending quality time with quality people. I just figured since I rarely go out to "meet someone" I should probably try to meet some new people some way, and this seems like a good idea.

I'm smart, funny, adventurous, alternative (punk & rockabilly music/low-brow and tattoo art/design). I read a lot, so I have a big brain. Helps if you do too or at least a good working knowledge of English. I'm an island girl and have lived on islands for over 18 years. So I love beach life (even though I'm punk rawk). I love water sports and used to surf, so I'm open to getting in the water if you have a long-board I could borrow...

I'm looking for someone tall, fit, cool, smart, funny, adventurous, alternative, traveled and good at communicating ideas. I like guys who can express their emotions when the time is right. I respect honesty and the courage to be honest. I respect people with morals and ethics. I like guys who are laid back, kind, open minded, logical, have the ability to lead or be led. Flexibility is a huge plus. Someone who knows that women like to feel like they are a priority.

Turn ons: Nice arms, nice smiles, nice eyes, sexy hair (either cropped really short, slicked back or just lots of long crazy hair). Most of all good manners. I guess I'm a bit old-fashioned.

Turn offs: Bad manners, body odor, foot odor, selfishness, disrespect and someone who doesn't take care of their body.

I have lived around the world, so prefer someone who's traveled a lot or at least likes to travel.

Would like someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously. Someone who is young at heart and likes to dance (or will at least give it a try). I could go on and on here, but why narrow things down too far?

Snowboarding, going to the beach, going to an art gallery, or museum. Swing dancing, if you're good and can teach me a little more. A classic car show. Shooting pool, bowling works too. Not all in one day... just giving options. Mostly somewhere we can talk and get to know if we have that "spark". If not, friendships work too...
