| | I try not to take life seriously and I enjoy watching what people do in situations rather than what they say, which is really ironic given I'm blind in one eye.
I would like to say that my free time is spent outdoors, communing with nature but in reality it's spent catching up on the things I neglect during the week.
On the rare occasions where I am caught up on things, I like to find out what it's like to go a whole day without any sugar!
What I'm looking for:
Someone who has a sense of humor
Someone who understands that I have a son who is my number one priority in life and will be until I am done raising him (hopefully before the age of 35)
Someone who is OK with going out with his friends, be it hunting or just to grab a beer - and the best part is you get to go without me whining about how you're not spending time with me.
Someone who will have to understand that I will go out with the girls for the occasional beer or to kill a buck or two - (but this is women-speak for shopping not shooting deer).
Someone who has a strong sense of self and isn't afraid to say what they mean.
And last but certainly not least: If you can't start off being my friend, then there isn't much of a foundation for us to work with. Like they say on Sesame Street:

I would get past the silence by making awkward conversation on how I never went to my high school prom. Then I'd spill my drink all over myself and spend a half hour in the bathroom cleaning up while you sit there trying to look cool hoping no one thinks you're a loser who's date is trying to climb out the bathroom window!
