I'm a multi-talented woman, filled with curiosity, compassion and as much authenticity as I can muster. I've never met a stranger, I love good conversation, and people who don't take themselves too seriously, but also those who can be serious if the situation calls for it. My aspiration is to finish the second novel I am writing, and make it a commercial success...but finding the time to write is not so easy. However, I have been told by pros in the business that it has that kind of potential. As far as physique, I enjoy working out several times a week and feel like I am in the best shape of my life. I'm petite, but not skinny, and no longer care to try to be that elusive 19-year-old hard body. Besides, I like my curves. Instead, I enjoy being strong and looking good. Having an honest and real relationship is what I truly crave now. I like people who are direct, because I am, and of course, a man who geniually likes women. I have so many interests they are too many to list here. It's probably easier to say what I am not interested in. I simply LOVE LEARNING. I always try to be a good listener, as well as supportive, because I think that's what everyone needs in a relationship. Let's see...oh yeah...completely turned off by pretensiousness and snobbery, so if you're that impressed with your designer labels than you are definitely not for me. Conversely, I am not seeking a good ole boy either(Sorry fellas, I mean no offense). I'm looking for a mate that has many of my good qualities, but is not my carbon copy. I guess what I'm saying is I desire the yin to my yang, in other words, balance...but don't we all want that? I think it would be great if you were strong where I am not and vice versa, so that we would be more complementary of one another. I do not consider myself a princess,looking for her knight in shining armor, besides, that's kid stuff, and only happens in fairy tales. Please believe me when say that I am not that high maintenance. However, you may feel free to impress me once in a while. Now for the serious stuff:-Life's challenges have humbled me a bit, and I'm continually endeavoring to follow life's rhythms. I'm getting there...but it would be nice to have a shoulder to lean on once in a while, that's just being honest. Also, I'm fairly rusty at the dating game, since I have been divorced since my youngest was a baby, and my two girls have needed my undivided attention during their tender years. I didn't have children until I was in my thirties, and finally, they are a bit more independent,and I think they would like to see me in a happy relationship. As for me, I'm fairly certain I'm ready for the real deal too...
Finally, I consider myself an attractive woman (If I do say so myself/LOL)who has more than just a little grey matter between her ears. I am often told that I look about ten years younger than my chronological age.
Well,that's me in a nutshell, besides the fact that I have a lot of pent up passion for living life as fully as possible. As for you...please don't apply if you are out of shape, obese, old for your age or married to your Harley. Also, I'm well aware that we are all looking for someone special on this site, or we would not be here...the last thing I need in my life right now is someone who can't take care of themselves! P.S. I would like to meet someone who is a bit older or a bit younger than myself if possible.

My only requirement for a first date is good chemistry, the rest is up to the universe. Also, my photo looks like me, but is not that current. I've reached the point where I am comfortable in my own skin (aka.happy with myself) besides, my style has greatly improved, and my hair is much longer.
