Creativity is important to me. I've been writing poetry for years and enjoy reading it at open mics. Much of my material is funny because I enjoy making people laugh. In early 2005 I recorded a CD of spoken word called "Dry, with a Twist." I dabble in painting, mostly abstracts with lots of bright colors, texture and movement. Painting is theraputic, and I don't have any blank walls in my home. My favorite passtime is hanging out at a local coffee shop chatting with whoever is around about anything and everything - fashion, philosophy, sex, drug addiction, religion, the hot guy sitting at the next table, etc. I have friends as young as 10 years old and as old as 86.

A good first date is getting together at a coffee shop. You can talk and get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
