I joined the Air Force back in February of this year and have loved it! Don't get me wrong, its no easy task but it deffinatly keeps me on my toes. When I found out that I was getting stationed here in Oklahoma City everyone kept telling me how much I was going to hate it, how there is nothing to do and horrible weather. I myself try to always stay positive and so I decided to not believe what they said and make the best of it. And so far I must say ive really enjoyed it here. There is lots of stuff to do you just cant stay in your room expecting fun to come to you haha. I grew up in Phoenix Arizona and this is the first time living away from there. I admit im not used to the cold weather, but I will just have to learn to layer my clothing haha. And maybe find someone to keep me warm while watching a movie or something cozy like that. In my free time when the roads arent iced up I enjoy riding my motorcycle. I do feel that my days are numbered getting to enjoy my bike because eventualy when I have a family I dont think it would be right for me to ride when I have kids at home. I'd probably recommend just going to grab some coffee so we could talk and get to know one another. Things like the movies don't really work for getting to know one another as easily. That can be a second date thing.
