Arrrrrrrgggg it feels there are far to many guys on here just looking for a shag or a noise-up making it even harder for the us genuine guys to find new friends or the love of our lifes! :( or is it just me?

About me:

I'm a happy go lucky kind of guy i do like to keep my self busy i'm a welder/Aerobics instructor just think of me as the male version of Flashdance ha ha ha
All though I'm a qualified studio fitness instructor not teaching at the mo as i'm recovering from Achilles tendinitis :( but hope to get my ass in front of a class sometime soon! i'm bit of a fitness nut you can either find me at the gym lifting weights or out for a run in the pissing rain
I'm a big fan of: Body Pump/Step/Jam/Attack/Combat,yoga and Spin

I like nothing better than curling up on the sofa at the end of the day and watch a film or a TV show but it's just not the same without someone to cuddle up with :(
I can come across as quiet shy guy but give me 5 minutes and I'll soon warm-up to you then you cant get me to shut the fu*k up ha ha!
I like a laugh and have a very warped twisted sense of humour think a cross between Jack Dee, lee evens and Frankly Boyle.
I love all animals especially dogs in fact if you have a dog you better keep him/her away from me or i will just play with your dog and show you no attention at all!

What am i looking for?:

A woman with an upbeat personality and a zest for life! preferably someone with an active lifestyle with some smiler interests to myself, i like trying new things and always up for a challenge so if you have some hobby you would like to share then great!


One little thing most of my friends are female i love them to bits and would not change them for the world! so if you are the jealous type then please move along to the next profile.

As for Music:

I like all kinds, every thing from Anastasia to ZZ Top as long as it has a good beat and you can ether shake your ass or bang your head to it!
