My name is Don. I am 55 and of third generation Japanese decent born and raised in Hawaii which makes me very westernized where I was raised on burgers, fries, and chocolate shakes. Physically I stand 5'8" and weigh about 170. I moved to the northwest was in 1990 due to economic conditions in the State of Hawaii. Of course there is no real escape from surviving in today’s society but there was more opportunity for me to expand my talents. I work for a large Japanese cargo shipping and logistics firm in downtown Seattle in the capacity of information technology. Basically I am a blue collar man working in a white collar community and I do well at what I do. My quest is to meet a lady who has the same background I value and build a foundation that can lead into a positive relationship. I don't use drugs and am a social drinker. I have never married and do not have children. I am looking for companionship where we can share our thoughts. We should be attracted and feel comfortable with each other. We should respect our freedom and when we do have free time plan on using it together. I will lend an opinion when asked and will always respect your thoughts. The bottom line is that I am not the most handsome man around but possess good qualities that can put a smile on the face of people I meet in my life.
