Hi, my name is David. A close friend of mine posted a personal here and to my utter amazement he met a sweet, intelligent and beautiful young lady. These two have been together now 3 months and are perfectly matched and deliriously happy. I am not a cynical person, but cautiously skeptical, especially about online dating. However, with my buddy's brilliant success hovering around me, I thought maybe, just maybe...

So a bit about me. I am have been on this planet for 33 years. I have a never-ending curiosity about life. I love music, my dog and animals in general, water, conversation and my Tempurpedic bed (worth every penny). I also like to work out (great place to think), tattoos, movies, baseball, reading and building sh*t(home improvement carpentry). I went to college and after changing my major 4 times even graduated lol. I have worked in my field since I graduated 8 years ago. Although I absolutely want children, I have yet to have a kid. I know all this makes me a freak in this town but aside from a touch of ADD there is nothing inherently bizarre about me.

I am looking for someone between the ages of 21 and 35, I guess. I find all kinds of physical attributes attractive but eyes are my favorite. If I was to choose a body style it would be somewhere above slim (I don’t find terribly skinny attractive) and below the ambiguous “a few extra pounds.” All this is completely secondary to intelligence. If you are incapable of intelligent conversation we will not click. Also, I have no interest in a long distance relationship, so if you do not live in or around Vegas sorry. One last thing, if you have not been able to grasp the concept of uploading a photo to your computer (or at least having a friend do it for you) we will not work.

I personally am a minimalist, so for me a perfect evening would be a quiet dinner at a nice restaurant so that we could get to know each other. From there something unconventional like going swimming, Red Rock, Bowling or a Golden Girls marathon.
