A warm body is a much better cure for insomnia than milk and cookies, wouldn't you agree? Although by this time I've learned not to put the cart before the horse, all good things come to those who wait...

I could lie and easily get away with it because I look 36 to 38
and carry myself well! However I won’t as I am comfortable with who I am, speak my truth and show my vulnerability. I am 48, 6'0, 218 lbs and Caucasian. I am taller than most midgets, shorter than most giants and darker than most albino's, old enough to know better young enough to still get away with it! When we have children someday they will not call us mom & dad they will call us Supreme Commander's. Heck, you must call me Supreme Commander. Hellz yeah.

Looking to see how this works just for novelty sake I guess. But you never know what you might find. Sometimes the best things are found in the oddest places (not to say I think this place is odd). uh, yes it is!

What I'm looking for. . . friends! yay! Someone who can challenge me and I can challenge as well, intellectually and physically. Not to say that I'm picky or anything, but everyone has that image of what they want and I'm looking for that balance of what I need versus what I want.

I'm not your typical boy who can be "A" typical at times. I am not perfect. I'm weird. I am simply me. I'm perfectly happy that way. Perfectly imperfect. Overall, I think I'm a pretty cool guy to hang with. Word to the mother. I enjoy women in all your beauty. That's right, I said "enjoy." I'm ridiculous and spontaneous. I'm horny during thunderstorms and I don't care for chick flicks, well only if your buying the chocolate & red wine. I have a career that takes me away from normal dating. I eat shellfish and am an omnivore, i won't discriminate I'll eat it! I am talented, funny, romantic and come with no strings. Dogs, children and the elderly love me. People without a sense of humor will be confused by me. What do you want to know? To see if we connect? We won't know really until till we meet after all it is about Chemistry and even then that can take a couple of dates to really know whether we flip each others switches! As history and past experiences/relationship can attest, true romance starts with great friendship, consideration & trust. I can tell you that I am warm & fun to cuddle up and to better than a shot with a frozen fish! I'm an old soul in a not-so-old body. I believe in traditional man/woman relationships, that said I truly appreciate and admire strong, intelligent and independent women. I enjoy cooking where we can share daily conquests, and enjoy a fabulous wine whist doing it!

I have friends who've had much success on POF - they're now either married, or in healthy long term relationships. Not that I'm jealous, but I'd like to attain the same level of emotional security one day as well.
