There are things that can be said in the brief space provided here, and there are things that cannot. Since you've read past that first (admittedly somewhat pretentious ) opening sentence, I'm going to assume that you're at least a little bit interested in what I have to say about myself. Well, my name is Daniel, I am a recent graduate of York University, where I studied English, some philosophy, and then went on to take their Faculty of Education program.
I spend my free time in more or less normal ways: I read, I watch movies, I take walks, I swim. If asked to identify myself in one word, I'd be torn between teacher and writer. I love to write, as you can tell by the fact that this description of me is bordering on the excessively verbose already.

There is nothing that I don't love learning or discovering, and I enjoy putting that knowledge to use as much as possible. I've been told that I give excellent advice to my friends -- at least, when they take it.

I'll try anything once, and have, in recent years, been skydiving, skiing, white water rafting, hiking, camping, tattooed, and mechanical bullriding, amongst other things. Next on the list, hopefully sometime soon, will be scuba diving. At the same time, I derive pleasure from the little things; a cup of coffee with a friend, a walk through the woods, or just laying back and watching the stars.
I'm always up for chatting over a cup of coffee or ice cream. Message me if you're interested.

Well, the short version would be to just go ahead and read the above. But really, for a first date, getting to know someone is the most important thing. I think coffee is ideal; meet up, grab a cup and have a chat. I realize it's not the most romantic first date in the world, but it's important to be able to talk and make that connection first, before anything more romantic happens.
