I don't know how athletic I am, but I seem to keep fit. I guess it is the work I do on the house and hobbies that does it.

I have been divorced since 2005, and spent most of my time raising my son, and not worrying about myself. My son is now 11, and I think it is time to start dating again. He thinks it is funny when I mention dating. He will see a good looking woman on TV and tell me I should date her. Wow, kids grow up fast.

The profile question asks if you want to have kids. I would not mind if you have one or two kids, I just don't plan on having more of my own. I would hate to start over at my age.

I have had a ski boat for a few years, and just switched to wakeboarding this spring. We also take the tube for those who do not ski or wakeboard. We go camping and canoeing on a river at least once a year. I tried to teach my son to snow ski, but after his last faceplant, he may not try again. I miss going to Colorado about March. I have not been Scuba diving for a few years either. It is not a requirement, but it would be nice to find someone that would like it.

I don't watch much football or baseball. I watch racing, Olympics, and about anything with a motor, although I am not glued to the TV during the weekends. I used to build street rods, and ride ATVs. I love watching the science channels like Discovery.

I have not had a motorcycle for about six years (sorry ladies) , and debate on whether to get another one or not. I have been drooling over a couple Victories.

I also enjoy movies. At home, or at the theater. I enjoy all forms of Rock music from the 50's to the most recent, but will listen to almost any thing except Rap, Hip-hop, and Opera. Yuk! I even listen to New Age and Electronica.

I love laughing. I used to let myself get too stressed out about things, but have become more layed back, and can usually bring everyone elses spirits up too.

I am very honest. I try to be fair to everyone, and I get along with almost any one. I was in Vegas once and a dealer goofed at the craps table. I tried to be honest about not winning, but he refused to take the money back.

I am the type of person that knows his neighbors, and watches out for them when they are gone.

I did mention I am a bit shy. When I was younger, I had a girl I had been on a couple dates with actually grab my hand because I had not held her hand, or tried to kiss her. I did not want to move too fast and scare her off. You may have to make all the moves:) Feel free to send me a message.

P.S. I have never dated more than one person at a time, let alone, cheated on someone. That is just not me.

Drinks or dinner, which ever you would prefer. Depending on your tastes, it could be a bar and grill for burgers, and some pool, a nice Italian meal, Chinese, you name it. It would give us time to share our stories, laugh, and get to know each other better.

If you don't want to turn and run by this point, a good second date could be sharing some popcorn at a movie, or going to one of the local comedy clubs. I haven't been to one of those in years, but I am sure it would give us a great experience to remember. I hope you don't mind, but I am the type of guy that holds the door open for you.

Pleeease don't make me dance! I am not good at it, and feel self concious if I try. A female freind tried to teach me to two step back when country bars were all the rage. I kept kicking her. Once I figured out how to NOT kick her, it felt like I was skipping with my legs way apart. I am sure it was not attractive.
