About me: 5'11", at 195lbs I'm about 15 lbs lighter now than in my pics, I love to laugh and help others to laugh with me. I like singing, playing guitar and writing songs when inspired to do so. I loved the time I spent living in Alaska, truly "God's Country". I work hard, have big dreams and the victories and failures that come with them. I thrive on spending time with people I hold dear and keeping my eye open for un-met friends. I give of myself with no strings attached, but having the hope of reciprocity. I prefer a simple coffee or tea meetup with no expectations first, and I guess I don't really consider that a date. After that, who knows? Maybe we'll grab a bite somewhere right away, maybe we'll set up a night out for some music, karaoke, an open mic somewhere, intimate or casual dinner, or something that I can't even think of now because it will be some cool idea we conceive of together over a cup of tea. I can tell you this: It will NOT be a movie. I loathe going to a movie for a first or even a second date. How the heck can you get to know someone sitting in a movie theater? Lame. Don't get me wrong, I like movies a lot, but not until I have come to know you better so I won't sit in that theater wondering what makes you tick.... |
