Hi there - I'm originally from NYC but moved around a lot when I was younger, so now I've been back in NYC for almost five years now and it has been very difficult to meet people! As a result of moving around so much in the past you can imagine that most of my best friends live in other cities or countries. So, you could say that I'm on here now to look for a new best friend and hopefully, someone I can care about and spend my time with.

About me: I work in the dental industry as a laboratory technician as well as the Business Development Manager for a dental materials manufacturer. My work has taken me all around the world, so if traveling is one of your interests please feel free to ask me where I've been and I would love to share stories with you. I work for a family company that was started by my grandfather, and my work has become my passion and I love every minute of it (almost!) I travel a lot, work a lot, and as much as I like to relax at home when I'm not working, it sure would be nice to meet new people. I would especially like to meet people that aren't shy, can carry an intelligent and funny conversation (sarcasm and wit go over very well with me) and also have a passion for their own career and life in general. I get annoyed being around people who do nothing but complain about their jobs! In my former career I was a professional musician and I am well versed in many different types of music and I still have a strong passion for listening to, writing, and playing music. I still enjoy playing music and am looking to get back into playing live in some clubs and bars. I haven't had any success meeting girls here in NY - as much as I enjoy going out I hate playing "the game" with all the macho looking dudes out there who hit on every girl in the room - not cool, and absolutely no class! Plus, I enjoy staying at home in my cozy apartment and only wish i had someone special to spend those times with. I'm much more interested in having stimulating conversations with people, and bars aren't the ideal place to do that. Drop me a line to get the dialogue going and lets see where it takes us :)

By the way it appears some girls don't read or reply to messages on here because they simply get too many. That is a shame, because we are all here to meet people. Because of that, you can imagine why I might hesitate to message you even if I view your profile and I'm interested in you.
