I'm 54, divorced with 2 adult children living with me. I'm looking to make new friends, that may turn into more, and if not that's OK too, since you can never have too many friends. I have a cottage that I go to most weekends from June to October, I love the outdoors, walking, swimming. I like to play cards,Trivia and love to cook and entertain friends. I've changed my "looking for" to friends...if we don't like each other enough to be at least friends, then we're not going to be dating and if we don't start by dating we're not going to end up long term are we?

I've been here awhile off and on and met mostly nice men, but if you say you're 'separated' that shouldn't only be in your own mind..if you're still living with your 'soon to be or might be ex' you're not available as far as I'm concerned not even for a one night of bed and breakfast. You're just re-sowing your 'oats' to make sure someone else may want them since your wife doesn't want to play with you anymore...I'm NOT that gal! I'll want to play with you because that's mutually agreeable once you decide you're really leaving her....if it's what you want be brave boys, we girls have to do it! LOL on that note I really do believe it's possible with patience to find a playmate to start with and much more if one doesn't expect the 'magic' in an hour of a forced meeting for coffee! I'm still here hopeful even after this tirade.
And will add, 1/2 of my perfect matches are 'not single/not looking'? well that equals you're looking for the sex you're not getting at home and that you have no intention of leaving that home...don't message me!

I don't have a lot of money, oh wait I have NO money I have 2 adult kids still in 'school' BUT I'm always willing to pay my own way, so how about a sunset hot air balloon ride, you only have to be able to stand me for an hour...and if we survive that I'll buy you a drink! Sharing a glass of wine somewhere quiet, just to chat or getting an extra large Coffee and going for a long walk in a nice park. Something relaxed. I'm adding to this if I'm meeting you before November when it's going to be snowing I'd like to meet for the coffee or vino by water of some kind...no your tub doesn't count and I don't mind driving since I don't live by any sizeable lake. But if we find that we want to go the next step from 'the forced meeting that we must have' to a real date...and beyond I do have a beautiful lake to share.
