I like many types of music. Almost all genres as long as it's considered good for that genre. I don't care for speed metal and twangy country as much though. I love The Flaming Lips, The Chemical Brothers, Teddybears, Phoenix, Daft Punk, Cut Copy, Passion Pit, Stevie Wonder, Genesis, Amad Jamal, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Radiohead, Jimi Hendrix, The Police, Beck, Hall and Oats, Chromeo, Beatles, Led Zepplin, Justin Timberlake (sorry, i just can't deny the good writing and production quality), Coldplay, Steely Dan, Black Tide, Soundgarden, NIN, MGMT, Tribe Called Quest, The Roots, Nirvana, and oh so many more.

Maybe a cool speak easy or a bar with cool obscure beers. Some place slightly out of the norm. Zoo, botanical gardens, planetarium, Arcade. I'm open to suggestions as well.
Karaoke can be fun too.
