Happy-go-lucky, funny, easy-going, confident, adventurous and straightforward are but a few of the words that I have heard to describe me. I'm off the mainstream news because I don't need a recap of the evenings car crashes, incorrectly predicted tornadoes or homicides. I'm very flexible and comfortable in almost all social settings. I say almost all because I probably would not be too comfortable at a meeting of the young republicans club. Actually, check that. I wouldn't be uncomfortable I just don't think my open-border immigration stance would be very appreciated. I'm never afraid to speak up or stand up for myself. I hold doors for both men and women and don't even get pissed if I don't get a thank you. I also have incredible mojo regarding getting good parking spots. The patron of good parking looks out for me. I promise you will be amazed! Lastly, if you made it this far, a thought on Mayor Bloomberg. I think the mayor has done a fine job. I'm not thrilled with his challenger in the upcoming election. Having said this I am shocked and appalled (yes ladies, I said appalled) that in a monarchist power grab he has decided to subvert the will of the voters (who voted and upheld term limits TWICE in the last 20 years). He does this in the name of fear about what might happen to us without him. Would the mayor do a great job if elected again? Probably. But I ask you, what type of democracy does we desire? How dare you Mr. Mayor. How dare you indeed!!!!!

I enjoy first dates. I've been known to avoid uncomfortable silences because whether we're clicking or not I respect the social contract and always appreciate meeting a new person. I'm a foodie so I'd probably select one of my lesser known outer boro secret eating spots to hopefully impress you with. I'd like to share some food with you...I won't reach onto your plate unless you give me permission and you can always reach onto mine. Better yet let's split a couple of dishes and a nice bottle of red wine. Ahh, red wine. So high in anti-oxidants! We'll have a great time and hopefully by mid-meal be sharing a look that says we want to see each other again.
