I suppose my photo doesn't quite get those minute details of my appearance. I have blue/green eyes, with red/auburn/slightly gray hair. In the photo, I look as if I'm wearing a beret or some goofy hat. It's my hair. It is somewhat long and there's an abundance of it, so I usually wear it up and/or back, as in the photo.

I'm not listing my faults, I'd be here writing all day and into the night. I have many. I think it's best I just chat about my good side.

I'm friendly, self-confident and independent. I have excellent leadership and people skills. Whereas, I have only average intelligence, I am well-educated, and I have my fair share of God-given common-sense. There has never been drama in my life. I can't take it--I'm just too easy-going. I work hard and I believe you have to deal with the punches life throws at you with stoicism and humor. Even if that humor is sarcasm, it's still humor.

I'm honest and kind, rather old-fashioned and conservative. I am most comfortable in a dress or skirt. I do not own a single pair of jeans. Sooo...if you are into motorcycle riding, I'm afraid I won't be game....a skirt does NOT work with a motorcycle...too breezy. Trust me on that, gentlemen.

For relaxation I read. I spend a great deal of quiet time in my home with books. I enjoy watching old movies, but seldom go to the cinema. I thoroughly enjoy attending musicals, concerts, plays, museums and other venues of the arts. I do not enjoy going to ballgames-- or any sporting event, for that matter.

You might think I'm just a total nerdy-sissy girl, but I'm not. I do my own yard work and I own a fair amount of tools. I recently "retired" as a volunteer fire-fighter, I've caught possums and hauled them to the country, painted my house, built a privacy fence with a bit of help, and I've done a myriad of other interesting and fun things.

And probably the best aspect of ME is that whether I'm fighting fires or creating a flower arrangement, I'm comfortable with the person I am.
