I won't pretend to be "simple" or always "laid back", I'm not. I enjoy politics, which are rarely simple and I am a law school student, which is NEVER simple. I demand a lot from the people around me, I challenge people sometimes and I hate when food at an expensive restaurant is not up to par. However, I always give more than I demand from the people around me...I'm a giver.

I am most content with a good glass of wine and the company of my two dogs Bella and Bogey. I just need someone to help me hold the other leash! My family means the world to me. I really enjoy watching almost every sport (except golf and UFC...gets a little to hard to stomach usually)...as long as I can pick a team to root for early on...usually the underdog. Yes. I'm cliche.

I relieve my stress by cooking and feeding the people I love. I am most proud of my ability to speak spanish. I wish I wasn't such a procrastinator. I heart traveling and learning about new cultures but my favorite places on earth are Orcas Island in Washington and my parents' house. I can't wait to finish law school (in my 3rd year), but Im terrified of ending this phase of my life.

I'm not simple. I'm your average, conflicted, anxious, 25 year old and I'm looking for someone who is looking for me :)

A first date should be some place where it is quiet and calm enough to talk as much as you want, but involves an activity that fills in the gaps that inevitably come up in conversations. I would love to go to an art gallery, an aquarium, the zoo, a farmers market, or a local street fair. It should be an opportunity to see what excites the person you are with and what attracts their attention. Afterwards, I would go someplace more private. Maybe dinner, maybe drinks, maybe just a park bench. Someplace we could talk, recap the day, and begin to feel out whether there is any chemistry beyond the initial physical attraction. If there is, then hopefully the date would end with plans to have another one.
