New to town and Looking for a guide.

I'm Chem/Plant-Eng but not one of the dorky ones that seem to have OCD or stays up all night playing Dungeons and Dragons. More of a cross between Caractacus Potts (Crack Pot) in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and the Nutty Professor in the original move Flubber.

My mother instilled me with some old world values, acts of gallantry and chivalry bubble to the surface at the appropriate moments. I enjoy flirting and a flirtatious text message or two before a night out on the town is something I enjoy doing and receiving. I’m finically stable and have an unusually flexible schedule. I’m not a splashy guy but prefer to be low key. I love being spontaneous. Scheduling events weeks out in advance is difficult for me. I realize that is kind of a negative.


I have two teenage boys. I love being a dad, coaching soccer, exploring the world; snake, lizard, newts, frog and salamander hunts at the UCSC arboretum or up in the Santa Cruz mountains, minus-tide, tide pool hunts, finding eels, sculpins, monk fish and octopi are just of few of my favorite activities I enjoy with my boys. O-ya it’s just catch and release.


For fun I enjoy outdoor sports especially anything associated with the ocean. I still enjoy and playing soccer several times a week, surf not nearly enough, mountain bike regularly.


I’ve been through most of Western some of Eastern Europe, Central America. However, I’m really interested in Australia, New Zealand and the Balinese islands. So I can really appreciate someone with some worldly views and maybe not to nationalistic.


My sidekick is about the same age, athletic, quirky, easy to laugh, adventurous, spontaneous, giving of oneself and loves family. She is passionate about life, pursues her dreams, successful in her own right. She is sensual on all realms; her toes tingle from the taste of ripe fruit on a warm summer day to kiss and a stolen moment with her playmate. She doesn’t shy away from public affection which can range from a warm hand, to a kiss or just a delayed moment where our eyes meet from across a crowded room. She isn’t afraid to show affection or how she feels, and Loves Kids.


Smart, Athletic, Active, Adventurous sensual women turn me on! Intellectually, that means you must be multi-syllable and not an obsessive day time TV watcher, haha


Smoking: Now I have a real issue with smokers. As a child I spent many trips in the car with two parents that smoked. (Both have quit since) My brother and I traveled in virtual lock-down in back seat where we could never get the windows down enough. So with that deep emotional scar if you’re a full time smoker I’m a pass. If you smoke only rarely, I’m a pass. I’ve never been willing to lick the ashes from an ash tray no matter how beautiful it is, so you get the point.


I guess that last part was pretty direct.
