I spend a fair amount of time at the gym. Mostly running but also enjoy lifting, yoga, Pilates, swimming, and other aerobic activities. I enjoy watching sport, but also enjoy the arts. I can sing and play a few instruments. I don’t drink or do drugs - that's not because I am a goodie-two-shoes (did I really just use that - lol). Many years ago I was thankfully able to take a different direction with my life. I have been finally having real fun ever since. I have a master’s degree and a professional job. I also am the father of an 11 year old daughter who lives with me part-time and who I love dearly. Looking for someone with an open mind who can carry a reasonably intelligent conversation, but not intense all the time. Humor is a must. I would like someone who is active but can also enjoy some cuddle time.

I am fairly open about the first date. I have mostly done the traditional dinner date. However, I like the meet-up for coffee or anything less formal to check initial chemistry and to see if we both come as advertised. I don't like the interview type first date. I would rather have some laughs with someone than trying to figure out the Xs and Os of whether we belong together. (Hopefully) there will plenty of time for that. lol
