I'm currently enrolled in college--going for a degree in Physical Therapy and am totally thrilled! The joke in my house is that my 19 year old daughter is at MSU at the same time I'm now a college student--again, after obtaining my B.B.A. many years ago. As for what I'm all about, I'm a kind-hearted, very attractive (or so I'm told), goal-oriented, positive minded, loving and warm woman who would like to meet someone who has many of the same traits. You should also know I have a passion for politics--liberal left--that I enjoy engaging in conversation with those who also know and can speak intelligently about their own views on certain political issues. My being a Democrat doesn't preclude my potential interest in getting to know someone on the Republican side, sometimes it helps to get the perspective of someone whose views oppose my own--I did say SOMETIMES--lol. But politics is only a small part of what I'm all about. I am very outgoing and tend to converse with lots of different people and have no problem engaging in conversations with people I've just met. People constantly say "Wow! I can't believe I just told you all that--not my norm on a first date." I'm very easy going and love getting to know all kinds of people, thus people do tend to be able to open up to me more so than other types of women. So if you're the quiet, reserved type who doesn't have much to say, I don't think we'll be a good match. Intelligent conversation is essential in a good relationship in my opinion. Oh, I forgot--important thing to know about me--I LOVE to dance! I taught aerobic dance classes some time ago and still keep up on my own with it, but I do enjoy going to a club with live music and a great dance floor--been told I've "got it goin' on" when I'm on the dance floor. You be the judge! lol

First dates for me have generally been meeting someone at a quiet bar or restaurant for a drink where we can find out more about one another and determine whether or not there is a mutual interest in another date. And PLEASE--your picture on this site MUST be up to date and accurate. Mine is certainly VERY recent and those that think they can make up for the extra 50 lbs. they don't show on their online pic by being a "nice guy"--well, I can be friends with just about anyone, but if I'm not physically attracted to you, then the relationship will most likely be just a friendship, no more. And if you don't post a pic on this site, do NOT expect a response. After all, you can see exactly what I look like, why shouldn't I have the same advantage. No pic, no response. And those who are separated or still married, PLEASE do not contact me. I have no interest in meeting those who are still engaged in a relationship.
BTW, what's up with all the guys who put me on their list of "favorites" yet never send an e-mail. Please, if you want to send a note, feel free, but don't put me on that "favorites list" if you have no intention of making contact--it just makes no sense. THANKS!
