First of all, I can comfortably say I am a nice guy who never got married simply because I wasn't ready to.

With no children I have a great companion named Bear a black German Shepherd who is pretty spoiled.

Living in the suburbs feels like I entered the Dating Witness Protection Program.
My goal, like everyone else is to find someone that loves me, like I love them unconditionally, who isn't afraid to be themselves, who has nothing to hide and is willing to talk because as we all know a good relationship should have communication.
Fiercely loyal, I have never cheated on anyone, not even sort of and am not interested in someone who has a past that includes cheating as part of it.

Fun? I like to have fun and have good long talks about just about anything. I have been told I could have a good conversation with a rock, gift of gab. Love going to Ravinia or even catch a weekend in Door County.

I love kids and have dated someone who has 2 small children as well as being an uncle 7 times over.
Do I want kids? I do, is it mandatory? no it isn't.

Not a huge sports fan but love going to a Cubs game and I love watching football but mainly the Bears. Although this season the Vikings and the Packers have been tough and it is shaping up to be an exciting year for football.

I think it would be nice to meet someone right who is emotionally available for the right guy. That includes someone who is a little old fashioned like me. I know it's dating but I only go out with one person at a time. Sure we all talk to multiple people in the process but I would prefer not to be on someone's list of dates for the week.
I would like to find someone who is independent but who loves to be with me.
Of course family oriented.

I am close with my family, even friends families. Family is important.

As for what I do for a living.
I am Executive Producer and the owner of a video production company now almost 11 years that mostly produces live rock concert video with multiple cameras for record labels and television. Some very good stories to tell and I love what I do.
How many people can get up early every day and go to work in their home and feel like they love it as much as I do?


Dogs or Cats?

I love all animals but tend to be more of a dog person, I love my dog Bear and be prepared because he is kind of a handful but very sweet for a 100 lb German Shepherd.


Likes.

Intelligent conversation, fun, stupid humor, ninjas over pirates and confidence.
Independence I am very attracted to intelligence. Vodka/ Redbull..sure why not?
Snowboarding and cooking (but not at the same time).


Dislikes.

Smoking, racism and bad drunks. People who are mean to animals and other people as well.
People who no common sense, dishonesty and cheaters as well

Oh, and as for religion, I am half and half my dad being Jewish and my mom a Catholic (I am pretty much screwed). Actually, it was great being raised with both and although my parents wanted us to learn the fundamentals of religion, they left it up to us kids to decide how we wanted to be in life as adults. I chose to be non-religious, mostly because I feel like I have a very strong moral compass and had good parents that taught us a strong belief in values.
I am also a middle child, the only boy between 2 girls.
