Howdy out there
I'm a divorced father of two kids aged 12 and 9.Yes I started late.Classically trained percussionist though I didn't pursue it as a career.I'll be honest here.Won't that be strange?I was laid off
from my job recently but have enough money squirreled away to carry me for a while.That doesn't include my 401 K or money put aside for my kids' college.I don't plan to be out long.Already have an offer that I'll probably take but it's a cut in pay.Maybe do it until something better comes along.I hate sitting around.Should I thank Obama or Bush?
I like the beach but I love the mountains.There's something spiritual about looking out over the Blue Ridge or listening to the creatures of the forest at night.Like most music except rap or opera.I think I'm basically honest,have never hurt anyone intentionally.I'm an open book.
I guess what I'm looking for in a woman is what we all look for.Someone who would always be there for me as I would be there for her.Someone who can look past my little faults and I would look past hers.Someone whom I could tell without hesitation the things I would hide from the rest of the world.Someone whom I would miss sorely when we're apart and who can bring a tear to my eye when we're together again.All the things that really matter in a relationship.I didn't have any of this in my marriage and I feel cheated for it.
My kids are my world.My daughter(12) is passionate about horses and is excelling in the sport.She rides English and consistently beats riders who have been riding longer than she's been alive.I think that if kids could develop such a passion for a good clean activity as she has,they would grow up and make this world a better place.My son (9) is learning guitar and wants to play heavy metal. Where did I go wrong?!He's also a purple belt in shi to ryu...japanese karate.As I said,my kids are my world.I just think it's time I let someone else into that world.So there you have it.Contact me if you dare.
Update..I found employment.Keep at it until something better comes along.

I think a first date should be the result of discussion between the two parties.Maybe dinner and a concert or a club with live music.I'll have to send a picture later...still figuring out this computer.Figured it out...here's the picture.Hope it isn't too scary.
