About Me
I like attending sporting events, travel, nature, history, and auto racing. I dont always have to be on the go, and can stay at home and keep myself busy with yard work or home improvements and be satisfied. I beleive a person can always find something to be done. I do not like to be in the spotlight, or draw attention to myself. I am not into Fads or being flashy and not much of a follower, but will make my own path to where i beleive i need to go. I am not a outspoken person, but hold nothing against those who want to express there own opinon on others. I beleive everybody has something to share and listening can be a good way of learning. Sometimes the smallest thing can make the biggest diffence. I am easy going, and more than willing to change my mind. I am not a person who knows it all and will admit when i am wrong and take responsibility for my actions. I make mistakes everyday but always learn from them. I dont blame others when things go wrong, but find ways of correcting them. I do things myself, not liking to ask others to do or finish something i can do myself. I do know my limits and dont have no problem asking for advice or seeking help if i dont understand or it takes more than one person. I dont like asking if i can't get the things i want on my own, and will wait or work harder and longer till the time comes i can afford or do those things i want. I know the difference between wanting and needing. I understand the meaning of "no". I live by the " golden rule" and try my best not to judge other people, but put myself in there shoes. I am not a "me person" but tend to look and give to others. It dont have to be my way, because theres always more than one way of doing things and most the time i find that others know of better or faster ways. I try everyday to learn something new to improve myself and to be able to help others. Just by listening, watching and wanting to learn makes me think how little i really know.
Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat. Theodore Roosevelt Oct. 27, 1858 – Jan. 06, 1919
