This is how my good friend summed me up just today, He said "Jan you can be wild and crazy but you are ALWays a good person with a heart of gold who wants to make everyone laugh and is constantly looking to help everyone who needs it- in whatever way." I liked that summery.
In the winter time when the first cold snap happens is when I do what really makes me feel good- I take out extra layers of clothing to the homeless in downtown Sacramento- I spend the summer collecting Sweatshirts Sweaters and Flannel shirts as well as socks. Actually my collection is on low right now....... I need more donations! This is my 8th winter doing it.
My taste in music....... hmmmmmm my abbbbbsoluuute fav is Billy Squier. But I love anying by Queen,AC/DC,Sammy Hagar, ya know most any 70's - 80's bands, love motown, regge(sp?),zydyco, and of course, the blues.

My goals? To get into the field of Activity directing for the elderly. And to finally finish writing the instructional book that is inside my head.
Basically my goal is to make the world better in some respect before I leave it.
Which finishing the d*mn book could very well do!!!

A first date should be a relaxing yet informative occasion.
You see I need a man that isn't needy when it comes to having every iota of my attention at every second.
I am a very social person, now perhaps it is not a good idea to take him to one of my fav haunts. That wouldn't give us any privacy to talk. But I do enjoy getting to know someone over a game of pool or 6.

A awesome night would be dinner, playing pool, and being able to sing karaoke.
There are actually places that all three can be done in one place!!
Or there can only be dinner and pool (prime rib and pool! yuuuuum)
Or there can just be dinner-------- naw gotta have somethin' else too!
After all how much talking do you do when you eat???
Now I wouldn't have any problem with horseback riding and bbq!!
I guess it's up to who wants to go out with me eh?
