I've grown up mostly in IL, lived here for 25 yrs, graduated from Downer Grove South and pursued my BS and MS in IL. Barack Obama spoke at my graduation in 2006 and it was an awesome speech. Outside of school I love to learn, try new things, take classes of interest and ask questions. For a guy I tend to talk a lot, laugh a lot, make fun of myself and have few insecurities. I'm not addicted to bars, watching TV shows or stick to a routine for longer than a few weeks. I take a different route to the same destination, talk to my sister's dogs who are tri-lingual (thanks to my mother) and ask kids why they do what they do just to make them think. I've never met a child that didn't inspire me or teach me how to think better.

There's very little I cannot do like eat seafood but try things at least once. I enjoy all types of music from Jazz, Blues, Oldies, Latin, Rock, Pop, etc. I don't have any specific bands, if the beat is right, its all good. No heavy metal.

I'd like to meet just about any kind of girl who's not necessarily like me. Someone who can stand on their own two feet, accepts all or some forms of life, is passionate and enjoys her job.
