Am I on a dating site really? Well somebody told me about so I thought I'd try it. I love to work out, I like my hands being rough, like physical work, drink lots of coffee and I'm a little rough around the edges. I'm not a softee but not a cave man either. I work alot and I have a two year old daughter that I see often, so between those two I don't get out much and my house does get lonely sometimes. But I also love my solitude, I've had a lot of it in my life for various reasons. And hell I love myself so I very much enjoy my company...and people can be very annoying sometimes. I love my music from old school country to heavy metal to old school hip hop and R&B. I love to read and study. Anne Rice and R.A. Salvatore are my favorites in fiction, but I am a history buff and love socioeconomics and politics, revolutionary politics. I may be a bit cynical but I'm also somewhat of a dreamer. I don't talk if I don't know what I'm talkin about. I'm blunt to the point that some people say I am abrasive. But I can't stand it when people are afraid to say what's on their mind or to tell the truth. If you're so sensitive that the truth hurts then you either need to grow up or change your reality! Im a virgo. Perfect love, perfect hate that's the insides of me. I'm passionate in everything I do. I can't say I'm here looking for anything specific but it would be really nice to find someone to just be with. I don't like nagging or being stressed with something that should be enjoyable. I don't think a relationship should be war. I'm not big on the bar seen and I can't stand clubs (sorry can't dance). I'm very honest and loyal to a fault. I won't lie or hide anything so don't ask if you don't wanna know! And just fyi I am an "ex-con". That was a long time ago and I was young when I went down I've come a long way since then. I am who I am if I hadn't been through all s*** I wouldn't be who I am today.
And this may sound shallow but obesity is not attractive. Aint no excuse for it other than poor eating habits and laziness and it is an epidemic it seems. So please be in shape if you contact me, you ain't gotta be a super model or a size two but be proportionate and take care of yourself. If that offends you too bad cuz I gotta be real with you and myself.
I much prefer a laid back setting than the rowdy ones usually but I do like to have fun. I like to drink, shoot pool, and all that as well. Nights out are kool but nights in are even better. Especially when your getting to know someone. From my own personal experience if your really trynna get to know someone the bar or club ain't the place to do that. haha But that's just me.

Haven't really dated much but I prefer more intimate and relaxing settings. The what and where is not as important as the quality. As long as we have time to talk, relax and build with each other the setting is not what makes the date the people do. I am openminded so I won't put restrictions by giving a description of where and exactly how I would like a first date to go. Anywhere and anything can be enjoyable with the right person and the right attitude.
