I'm a funny, witty, big hearted person who has a steely sarcastic side. Smarter than the average bear. Living inside of me is an adventurer and explorer. Whether it's ziplining across the jungle or digging for treasure at the local flea market. I almost lost a tour companies 4 wheeler in what I thought was just a small hole, which turned out to be small and very deep. Thank heavens it floated. Yes I hit that hole on purpose, because the mountain streams we were traversing didn't have enough splash. I was touring Arenal volcano in Costa Rica, after spending many beautiful and luxurious days at Tabacon Resort and lazing the days away in the hot springs. My travel buddies looked at me as if too say, "here we go again!" If there is a hole I usually fall in, but at least I know what it looks like from the inside out. Each and every experience is mine to keep and follows me into eternity. Not to say I'm up for becoming a base jumper in a day. I usually look before I leap. But that hole looked as if it could deliver the splash and cold exhillirating shower I hoped for.

My interests are varied. I support, research, have read most of the available legal documents and contribute financially to a legal defense fund for 3 convicted child murderer's. One received the death penalty and the co-conspirators received life in prison sentences. It was a heinous crime and a heinous miscarriage of justice on the part of an Arkansas jury and good ole midsouth justice. They are innocent! I know the whole ordeal is a little heavy, but I contribute in my own small way to right a wrong that has peaked my interest, without becoming maudlin. Google the West Memphis 3.

As deep as I sometimes think, I'm superficial too the core. Have been known to test a box of chocolates until I find the one that satisfies my craving. Of course the box was "mine." I'll circle a Macy's sales rack like a buzzard until someone puts back that one shiny trinket I just know was marked down for me; in the mean time there is war, famine and financial collapse happening in the world. But I'm thinking about me, me, me and wow my toenails look like claws. I've been known to take a second glance in the mirror and go "wow, who's that girl!"

I have a quick smile and love to laugh with delightful, unreserved abandon. The beggar always gets the dollar. Rescue animals. Defender of the underdog. Help without being asked. Dance with Olive when watching "Little Miss Sunshine." Always use please, thank you, excuse me, pardon me, ma'am and sir. Slow to anger and quick to forgive. Try to always take the high road it's a little more direct. Genuinely happy, grateful and enthusiastic in life. Full of kind words and moral support. Will make you smile. Speaks without a filter. Am a good cook, if you promise to wash the dishes. I'm beginning to sound like a used car salesperson. "She has been driven a few miles, but is a guaranteed classic."

The August meteor showers brought a real longing to have someone to share them with; laying on a blanket in the backyard, a bottle of wine, stargazing, pondering blackholes and other lifeforms, wishing upon a star or just having someone to hold hands and smooch with. Hopelessly romantic, shooting for the stars or just down right impractical and out of touch, I'll let you be the judge!

I've scratched the surface of a mutli-layered, never bored me. I thoroughly amuse myself! If I didn't scare you, let's play.

I would love to meet the guy who is genuinely happy, optimistic and just plain fun. He knows how to laugh until his side hurts and can possible make me laugh too. His wit is quick, his sarcasm steely, he is driven by the heart of a lion and possesses the soul of a lamb. Up for a good hearty debate with no declared winner. Flexible by nature and steadfast over time;a toucher, a feeler and a thinker. If you're a good kisser, give hugs and are a passionate lover points. I guess I'm looking for my dragon slayer!

A first date could be almost anywhere that the 2 of us felt comfortable with. We shall decide together. I'm up for almost anything that doesn't cause pain or a heart attack. So bunjy jumping is out for me, but it leaves the options wide open.
