I feel that I am a "mentsh," who was imbued with good values and the vast majority of the time keep an open mind and an open heart. I have a strong work ethic and chose the perfect career (high school and college teaching), for my personality and interests. I love to learn and I love to teach. Some of my favorite courses, The 60's, The Japanese Mind, A.P. Government, Sociology of Sports, and currently, "From FDR to Obama." I enjoy challenging "the Establishment," whether its political, corporate,or health related.
I am into alternative health, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, vegetarianism, (though I am not fanatical about it), belong to a food coop, eat organic food whenever possible, and have been doing TM for over 30 years. I am a Yankee and NY Giant football fan but also enjoy the Mets and Jets. I flourish in the Mountains, especially "LUV" the Berkshires and also like the Catskills, to go to concerts, to walk and to experience nature. I currently live right near the beach, which I walk on almost daily. I enjoy concerts (rock,jazz,classical,dance), and occasionally ballet and opera.
I have a loving family, friends, and keep in touch with former students. I am there when they need me to help or advise, but the relationships are reciprocal, and I love communicating and learning from them.
I am averse to stubbornness, semi-retired, teaching 2-3 days a week, have a preference for domestic travel, and I have not been a cat person. One thing that my best friends know is how important a good relationship will be for me.

Bottom line is not where you go, but who you go on it with.

However, a number of choices
1)walking on the beach and doing brunch
2)going to an arts and crafts fair
3)eating at a restaurant genre that both of us really like or a fav-
orate restaurant that we might share, for example, a vegetarian
restaurant, such as "Angelica's Kitchen."
