You know I have read a few of these “about me” profile get you know you things, and I think for the most part we are selling are self’s short. Human beings are very complex individuals and a short message stating “I am just you average _____” is quite unfair to who we are. When I read a profile where a person who has shared parts of their dreams, expectations, likes, dislikes, values, beliefs, and even the oddity’s they enjoy it shows me they care for who they are. I don’t think everyone has this capability to be forth right in such a setting. But I mean this site is set up for opening the field of social atmospheres. Why would I want to be reserved? ....just a thought.

I seem to have so much on the go that I haven’t really put enough effort into meeting someone. It’s not because a lack of desire, more about striving to achieve my goals. I work in the childcare field and enjoy it to the fullest extent, but it seems to draw on a lot of attention given the needs of a child. My heart is huge and I get suckered into helping out whenever I can. Someone once told me that there is no such thing as a selfless act, and I have began to understand that with clarity through the life lessons I learn during my time in this employment. I have begun taking some night schooling to take me to my desired occupation of a Social worker. I enjoy learning how to be a better person, and intern want to share this with people. As well as work, I fill my free time with many different hobbies. I found the arts have been found with ease over the years and I explore many different types as they present themselves. A friend of mine came to me with an opening to a door I had never considered. He offered a hand learning an instrument in turn for my help with the production end of his music. Needless to say I have taken a chance on this as well knowing I have nothing to loose.

Like anyone I can be shy, uninteresting, loving, blunt, thoughtful, seemingly hopeless at times, compassionate, a bore, coy, abrasive, sarcastic, hilarious, near poverty...but grateful, conceded, acutely expressive, absolutely brain dead, wealthy and lonely, surprising, silent with contentment, devious, mischievous, honest, your best friend or a worst enemy, really the options are endless and in the end I hope that the good outweighs the bad.


It was pointed out to me during a conversation about dating and the search for a companion that “they shouldn’t be your world, but it would be a good place to start if they can complement the one you have created for yourself “. I guess I will put it out there to question this for yourself and apply it when considering a conversation. Respectfully, I will not reply to messages without photographs.
