Not married, not a player (whatever that means) and attempting to meet someone so I can stop dating!

I'm Irish, living in Leeds and yes still got the accent! The world tells me I am a pretty nice guy but with a certain 'something about him' to keep those that are easily bored intrigued for a little while longer.

I busy myself with turning my 1930 semi (that is a house by the way!) into a comfortable home, taking my motorbike out, having a few beers with friends, eating out, the odd live gig (Black Stone Cherry were awesome - Leeds 16/09/09) and the occasional walk someplace green.

I spent 10 weeks earlier in 2009 crossing the USA on a motorbike which was great fun.....hope to go back out and resume the road trip at some stage. Loved Italy, Japan was interesting, and visit Ireland at least a couple of times a year (miss my Guinness!). Thinking about NZ next.

I have to say I absolutely loathe text-speak so pls if ur emails luk like dis then we probably won't get too far....(wiv & ov are not words!!!)

Was asked recently what I am looking for from this site and my answer was:

It would be nice to meet a woman that became a girlfriend, serious girlfriend, long-term partner......and so on. But I would settle for a woman who can speak in whole sentences to start with!! If I meet up with someone and we have a nice evening but decide to take it no further than that then that is fine....won't complain about spending an evening with a pretty girl and having a few laughs. I am not here to find penpals and spend weeks exchanging emails with little intention of ever meeting up....am more focussed on the dating aspects of online-dating....I spend enough of my time in front of a PC as it is!
