I'm a family first man and have two lads that are my soul and heart beat. Anything outdoors is the way I like to spend my spare time. I'm a triathlete, but favor cycling most of all. I ride around 120+ a week and crew on a racing sailboat. I try to get the most out everyday and would say that I'm kind of hyper. I don't have a favorite TV show, but enjoy the finals in any sport, the World Series, Super Bowl, Wimbledon.... I'd like to meet a woman that stays in shape, family oriented, an athlete and has a lot of energy.
